Commercial All Risks
This policy covers your property for any accidental physical loss or damage (other than loss or damage specifically excluded in the policy).
Contractors / Erection All Risks
As a building contractor or developer, you would need to protect your capital investments against loss or damage to the work in progress or materials purchased for the purpose of incorporating into the project.

From 1 January 2010, employers are required to purchase medical insurance with a minimum coverage of S$15,000 per year for each of their Work Permit Holders (including Foreign Domestic workers) and S Pass Holders’ inpatient care and day surgery.
This policy indemnifies you if you suffer direct or pecuniary loss arising from any act of fraud or dishonesty committed by an employee.

Features and Benefits
Personal injury cover includes bodily injury including death, illness, disability, shock, fright, mental anguish and mental injury.
Property damage cover includes,
- Actual physical damage to tangible property
- The loss of use of tangible property which has not been damaged but cannot be used due to damage to other tangible property
In accordance with Section 23(1) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, it is compulsory for an employer to insure his employees against accidental bodily injury arising out of and in the course of employment.
Employees that require compulsory cover are,
- those whose monthly earnings do not exceed S$1600
- any manual employee regardless of their monthly earnings
Employers may choose to insure all their employees to protect themselves from any liability that may result.
It is not mandatory for employers to buy insurance for employees who are involved in non-manual work and have monthly earnings of above $1,600. Nonetheless, employers will be required to pay compensation in the event of a valid claim, even if they do not buy insurance for this group of employees.
